Ijevan Nemrut is an exquisite wine from Armenia, aged in oak barrels. This is a deep, rich and intense wine with characteristic aromas of vanilla, almond, cinnamon and sweetness. On the palate, the wine generously imparts notes of dried fruit, wood and oak honey. The aftertaste includes aromas of cinnamon and floral notes. The wine is moderately alcoholic, low in acidity and with a constant hint of sweetness. Ideal for gourmet and fresh salads such as Olivier salad and vinaigrette, as well as fruit-based dishes and desserts.
