Description

The Macallan Double Cask Matured is a superb whiskey from the renowned The Macallan brand. It has a rich and refined taste, passing through two successively different varieties of oak. The whiskey is first matured in fresh, dry, crisp oak from North America and then further matured in dry, dry American oak from Camen. This gives the drink a rich density with classic notes of pine, caramel and wood. At the final stage, the whiskey is matured in ancient barrels from North America, which makes it deeper and more intense. It has a long and deep aftertaste.
