Don Zoilo Oloroso is a superb wine from the province of Castile-La Mancha in Spain, produced from Don Zoilo Solero grapes specially grown for this wine. This beautiful, deep, brown wine offers rich aromas of wood, nuts, and soft apricot. Two-year agementation enhances the attractive taste. The taste is a very sweet, dense real apricot with floral notes. There is always a slight peppery bitterness at the finish. This wonderful wine goes well with cheeses, seafood and chicken.
