Lenotti Valpolicella is a superb wine from the Veneto in Italy. The wine is created using Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara grapes grown in their vineyards. This wine undergoes a long period of salting and yeast mashing, which gives it a unique character. The aroma of this wine contains aromas of cherry leaves, as well as delicate notes of nutmeg. The taste of this wine is very delicate and pleasant, combined with light films of tannin and wheat. The long stay in barrels gives the wine excellent balance and a deep, full flavor.
