Description

Weisser Schiefer is a wonderful wine produced in the Rhein-Reichsberg region of Germany. In the spirit of local tradition, the wine is made from exceptionally high-quality stout grapes, harvested from particularly rocky soils infused with local minerals, giving it particular depth and complexity of flavour. The wine is characterized by bright aromas of almond and wood, as well as notes of dried fruits and honey. On the palate it is water-soluble, soft and elegant with a good combination of acidity and tannins. For complete enjoyment, we suggest pairing Weisser Schiefer with fresh fish and seafood dishes.
