Description

Cerbaiona Brunello di Montalcino is a unique wine from rural Tuscany grown from Sangiovese Grosso grapes. The wine undergoes a strict aging procedure in oak barrels for three years. Rich in aroma, the wine brings with it sweet and dense notes of dried fruits, floral undertones and cool woody accords. The taste contains spicy tones such as vanilla, cinnamon and chocolate, as well as exquisite depth and a long-lasting bitterness finish. This wine is ideal to serve with strong and sharp cheeses such as Parmesan.
