Description

Springfield Estate Wild Yeast Chardonnay is a unique white wine grown in vineyards in the beautiful Walloon Valley of South Africa. What makes this wine unique is that it was made using wild yeast. This gives the wine an incredibly sweet, but at the same time noble and expressive aroma and taste rich in notes of mango, grapefruit and other citrus fruits. In a sea of voluptuous notes, there are also more earthy and slightly woody notes. This wine is ideal for seafood dishes and cheese lunches.
