Jean Dauvissat Chablis Premier Cru Vaillons Vieilles Vignes is a superb wine made from a special varietal blend of Chablis grapes planted in the ancient vineyards of the Premier Cru Vaillons. The wine has a deep golden hue and aroma with notes of citrus, citric acid, small fruits and a cloud of floral aromas. On the palate, it is characterized by soulful harmony and an excellent balance of soft acidity, which gives the wine freshness. The aftertaste has a lot of citrus notes, as well as citric acid and fruit. Despite the low alcohol level, the wine is a very dense and structured wine that goes well with a variety of dishes.
