Banfi Vintners Stonehaven Shiraz Cabernet is a combination of the tart tannins of Shiraz and the deep notes of Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine is made from grape varieties grown in the Riviera Podone valley, within the western part of the province of Tuscany. The wine undergoes long-term maceration and regular tasting observations to achieve the ideal balance of aromas and flavors. The resulting wine is bright and vibrant in color and aroma. The palate gradually develops into notes of fruit and wood, with dominant spicy and dried fruit aromas. This wine goes well with pilaf, rice and aromatic dishes.
