Bolla Valpolicella Ripasso is a unique Italian wine produced from Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes in the magnificent Valpolicella region of Veneto. This wine undergoes double distillation - i.e. After primary fermentation and bottling, the wine is placed in Amarone or Recioto barrels and distilled for several more months.
