Brookfields Hawke's Bay Chardonnay is a wine from Hawke's Bay National Nature Park on the West Coast of New Zealand. This wonderful wine has incredibly deep, dense aromas of citrus and berries, as well as fresh notes of honey, melon and other sweet fruits. This wine is well balanced and surprisingly smooth on the palate, ending with a long, cool finish. Despite its depth, this wine remains light and elegant, ideally complementing fresh fish or poultry dishes.
