Description

Antinori Galantas Cabernet Franc Gran Reserva Bio is a rich, fruit-specific wine made from the very best varieties of the ancient Antinori winery. The wine is made from three grape varieties: Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, which are grown without the use of artificial fertilizers and pesticides. The wine has a bright, rich aroma with fruity notes of cranberries, berries, blueberries and cinnamon, as well as notes of oakmoss and peat ash. On the palate, the wine is soft, with a dense texture and balanced acidity, as well as fruity and fine spice tannins. Excellent with fish, meat, poultry and cheese dishes.
