Description

Boschendal Elgin Pinot Noir is the perfect combination of gastronomic qualities and excellent aromatics. This velvety wine infusion is based on traditional Eldorado pinot noir with flavors of raspberries and vanilla. It contains notes of grapefruit, lemon and red berries. In the preparation of this wine, ancient methods were used, such as the supposed oxidation of the wine and long aging in oak barrels. This gives the wine more body and makes it rich and colorful. Ideal for meat and poultry dishes.
