"Aecovi-Jerez Alexandro Fino" is a wine with a unique aroma and mild taste. It is made from fino alexandro from the Jerez Valley, in the winemaking process of which the maximum of traditional technologies is used. The wine has a bright, sweetish taste with notes of almonds and dark chocolate. The taste is dominated by soft citrus and honey notes, as well as vanilla and a little cinnamon. The taste of the wine includes elements of nuts, cream and earth. The aroma also consists of citrus and honey notes, pleasantly combined with subtle notes of herbs and wood. The aftertaste is long lasting, with bright, pleasant notes.
